Where we ship

- All 50 U.S. states
- Washington D.C.
- Puerto Rico
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
International shipping to Mexico, Colombia, Dominican Republic, and Canada launches in Q4 2026. Join our newsletter to be notified when it goes live.

Processing time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. Wholesale orders ship within 24 business hours.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Track your order anytime through the link in that email, or by emailing {{ email }}.
Carrier
We ship primarily via USPS and UPS, selected automatically based on your destination and chosen service level.
Lost or stolen packages
Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier are the responsibility of the buyer. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If unresolved after 48 hours, contact us at {{ email }}
We will assist in opening a claim with the carrier but cannot guarantee reimbursement for confirmed-delivered packages. We strongly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout for high-value orders.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package and contents before opening and contact us at {{ email }} within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
P.O. Box restrictions
USPS will deliver to P.O. Boxes, but UPS will not. If you provide a P.O. Box and select UPS expedited, your order will automatically be routed to USPS Priority Mail with no change to delivery commitment.
Address corrections
Email {{ email }} within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to correct an address. After 1 hour, orders enter the fulfillment queue and address changes may not be possible. Orders returned to {{ shop_name }} due to incorrect address are subject to a reshipping fee equal to original shipping cost.

- APO/FPO/DPO: $9.99 estándar (sin expedito)
Tiempo de procesamiento
Pedidos hechos lunes a viernes antes de las 12 PM EST se envían el mismo día hábil. Después de las 12 PM EST o fines de semana/festivos, se envían el siguiente día hábil.
Rastreo
Recibirás un email con número de tracking cuando tu pedido salga de nuestra bodega.
Paquetes perdidos o robados
Los paquetes marcados como "Entregados" por el carrier son responsabilidad del comprador. Si tu tracking dice entregado pero no recibiste el paquete, revisa con vecinos, contacta al carrier directamente, y si no se resuelve en 48 horas escríbenos a {{ email }}. Te asistimos en abrir un reclamo con el carrier pero no podemos garantizar reembolso por paquetes confirmados como entregados.
Dirección incorrecta
Escribe a {{ email }} dentro de 1 hora de hacer tu pedido si necesitas corregir dirección. Pedidos devueltos por dirección incorrecta están sujetos a tarifa de reenvío.
