Refund policy

Because VYRA BODY products are intimate, hygienic garments, our return policy is more limited than typical apparel. Please review carefully before purchasing.

Eligible Returns

Items must be unopened, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in resaleable condition.

NOT Eligible for Return

Any garment that has been worn, washed, or removed from sealed packaging.
Items marked "Final Sale" or sold during clearance events.
Discounted items purchased with codes (BBL20, WELCOME15, SURGEON25) are eligible only for exchange or store credit, not refund.
Custom-sized or special-order items.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer free exchanges within 30 days for unopened items. Email exchanges@vyrabody.com with your order number and the size you need.

How to Return

Email returns@vyrabody.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
We will email you a prepaid return label (returns over $150 ship free; under $150 the customer covers $7.95 return shipping).
Pack the item in original packaging, attach the label, drop off at any USPS location.
Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, email hello@vyrabody.com within 7 days with photos. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

Bundle Returns

Bundle products (kits) must be returned in full — partial returns of bundle components are not accepted.

Debido a que los productos VYRA BODY son prendas íntimas e higiénicas, nuestra política de devolución es más limitada que la ropa común.

Devoluciones aceptadas

Solo artículos sin abrir, sin usar, en su empaque original con etiquetas, dentro de 30 días de la entrega.

No se aceptan devoluciones de

Prendas usadas, lavadas, o retiradas de su empaque sellado. Artículos en "venta final". Artículos comprados con códigos de descuento son elegibles solo para cambio o crédito, no reembolso. Pedidos custom.

Cambios

Cambios gratis dentro de 30 días para artículos sin abrir. Email a exchanges@vyrabody.com con número de orden y talla deseada.

Cómo devolver

Envíanos email a returns@vyrabody.com en los primeros 30 días. Te enviamos etiqueta de devolución prepagada (gratis sobre $150; $7.95 para pedidos menores). Reembolso procesado 5-7 días hábiles tras recibir e inspeccionar.
