How to find your VYRA size

Most post-op patients buy the size they wore before surgery, not the measurements they take on Day 1. That gap is what the multi-row hook system is for: you start on the outermost row and move inward as your body changes over the weeks, so one garment keeps fitting instead of two.

How to measure

  1. Bust: around the fullest part of your chest, arms relaxed.
  2. Waist: the narrowest point of your torso, above the belly button.
  3. Hips: the fullest point of your hips and buttocks, feet together.
  4. Inseam (for bodysuits): from crotch to floor, barefoot.
